modern & nostalgic: katy skelton

i recently discovered (today actually!) katy skelton's modern & nostalgic line for the home via sf girl by the bay's blog and fell fast for her linear lights (pure love), but found myself wishing for lots more...

texas born but brooklyn-based (now), katy works with manufacturers and factories "committed to social responsibility" and everything in her line is made in the u.s., she wants you to know where everything is coming from. there is a thoughtfulness to each piece, a quiet conceptual originality to each piece. and i love that. see more here, & enjoy!
