monday & pira stools.

happy monday friends! i'm back from tennessee and will hopefully post a few fun photos later today. in the meantime, i wanted to share with you just why i have a small obsession with stools...

these "piro" stools, designed by colombian born industrial designer danilo calvache are handmade utilizing triplex metal frames with a solid wooden seat. the simplicity of design is usually what gets me, what stops me. between color palette, materials used, the lines of the design, if you keep it simple, sometimes, most of the time, it's literally all you need.
