design heure. get ready for spectacular.

design heure had me at the shape of their shades, but they didn't stop there. i am very drawn to how their lighting, from singular to grand chandelier, blends with residential and commercial environments and truly does not stand out as strictly one or the other. then, let's bring in the cords which are seen and which are everywhere. now you have interest, you have a bit of sex appeal and you move toward industrial meets classic and feminine...for a perfect design marriage. i love that!




i love how they loom, how they almost float, like kites tied to independent strings. these design heure lights are playful and all grown~up, all at once. like i said, i love that!

ok, so it was a late night last night. i had to (well i didn't have to, but i did) celebrate the end of one more class and partook in a glass (or two) of red wine afterwards. but today it's back to business. i have one last paper for this semester to refine and then a short break. and then christmas! how is your thursday starting out? i hope you are feeling energetic and creative!
