i'm lately unable to pull myself away from the rounded globe light. it's classic, it's kind of perfect and it's kind of a forever kind of lamp. don't you think?

super drawn today to the concrete, copper & brass pieces designed by australian-based object/designer kenny son over at studiokyss...

both decorative and functional (love the concrete desk mirror in image 3!), kenny seeks to give a longevity to each object and hopes to elicit a physical and emotional response from the user. i could stare at the perfection of shape and medium all day long. enjoy!

if you are expecting a baby soon or know someone who is, these are maybe the sweetest "hand-made goodies for little ones" that i've seen in a while...

using materials such as wool & felt, the australian-based company boo & bear is offering up this line of children's pillows, in the softest of color palettes that leave you oohing an aahing all over the place...each sweeter than the one before. enjoy!
