kieran kinsella's stools, small tables or "stumps" as he sometimes refers to them have caught my attention today...

kieran designs & sculpts really, side tables & stools by hand, hand-carving them from trunks of trees, and locally sourced materials found in new york's hudson valley. kieran also works in ceramic "with slip cast porcelain and hand built stoneware." they are limited editions, with designs based on his original wooden shapes.
