i spent the day at the beach yesterday after realizing that between work and life and work, that i had only swam once this summer. once! so to fix that situation, i headed to one of my favorite swimming spots, a beach that overlooks martha's vineyard. the beach is all rocks. but that's ok. it's like a hot pebble massage the entire time you are there. i swam about 10 times. so there.
