ciszak dalmas & la clinica mid~day inspiration

let's deviate this afternoon, from vibrant to stark. yet not without keeping interest, design and experimentation alive, just in white. ciszak dalmas is the collaboration of alberto gobbino ciszak and andrea caruso dalmas, & together they offer handcrafted furniture from local artisans based in three parts of the world, madrid, turin and sao paulo.


one thing i'm truly a big fan of is simple yet intriguing design. i'm also fond of painted wood. with ciszak dalmas's la clinica line, i love the way in which natural wood is painted and at the same time exposed. adding interest, pattern, and a play on voids of color. just so beautiful!

i hope this mid~day finds you productive and inspired! i've been a little of both and will hunker down now to read for one of my courses. one of my stops today was for some amazing cheese bread with which we'll be making vegetarian meatball subs tonight for dinner. soooo good. enjoy ;)
