contemporary bungalow.

tons to do on this very gray day today, so i was drawn to these bright, breathable spaces to get me started. this space, while contemporary and modern and a bit stark, surely grabs at space, surrounds it and encloses it for your pleasure.

photos by vercruysse frederik and found here.
the bright colors throughout sort of make up for the lack of furnishings and beautiful giant amounts of space, keeping it both warm and a bit fun.
what are you up to today? i have a paper to write and reading for classes. enjoy your tuesday and hoping you had the day off yesterday too, to breathe and relax. :)

How does the roof work? Is it flat and does it drain well?

It makes me think of a life-size dollhouse. I want to play around with all the pieces inside then stand back and check them out from the outside. Then do it again. It's fun and looks like an excellent bit of creativity.
