lately loving this feel, these looks, for...dare i say it already, fall.

an no surprise that i've posted completely neutral tones, i cannot get past them, they are always beautiful, classic and lovely really. soft muted grays, warm subtle browns, and the blackest of blacks for well, every day really.

and trust me, i'm not pushing the season along. i just know it's coming, that my favorite season (summer) is waning. so i have to prepare, and not a better way than to look forward to looks like these. enjoy!

if i could dress up in anything today, it would be in anything & everything designed and created by antje pugnat...

"sophisticated knitwear with unmistakable and poetic sensibility." that's how antje describes her lines. she was born in hamburg and studied clothing technology. then earned her master's degree in fashion design knitwear. antje's line appears experimental, it tests boundaries within fashion, it tests the boundaries of materials, what they can do, how they can lay on the human body. i love that.

pretty gift ideas...

while noticing some of my favorite blogs, like belle maison's and others, posting great holiday gift ideas, i wanted to share a few of my recent favorites, all of them interesting and spectacular, have a look.

i'll begin today's post with an amazing pendant lamp and end it with another. each made from recycled materials. this, the "bean" pendant lamp, offered up by graypants, is made from 100% recycled scrap (or re~purposed) cardboard boxes. they are even fire resistant, my favorite is the jupiter lamp below this one. find your favorite here, oh...and starting at $129.00, they are priced right too ;)

happy almost friday friends! i'm excited that it's sunny in my part of the world, as i drove home last night from class in pea soup fog and driving rain. a white knuckle drive at times! today is crisp, sunny and breezy, perfect to spur an energy packed day. enjoy!!
