the carefully yet comfortably styled apartment belongs to (& appropriately), a prop-stylist named joanna laven (see more of joanna's work, here). some things i LOVE about these spaces: the rich grey and warm blue color palette mixed with medium to light wood tones throughout. that each space feels grounded by a particular piece. that it is extremely uncluttered without becoming sterile or cold. that there is artwork throughout in either paintings or sculpture. oh, and let's add in that joanna has just plain ol' has great taste!? so there's that...enjoy!
