these are just lovely landscapes by illustrator/artist carrie shyrock...

"carrie grew up on a farm in central missouri where she spent her childhood picking bouquets of wildflowers and exploring the wide open prairie under a big cloud filled sky" & according to her statement page, not much has changed. carrie admits her fascination with the enormity of the universe. & this comes through in her work to be sure. her landscape paintings are powerfully sensitive and delicate. they are purposefully vague enough for the viewer to understand the scene but to imagine elements of it all their own. see more of carrie's work here, i want one of each of these! & enjoy...
