new from isabel hamm.

isabel hamm is an artist. a sculptor of lighting. beginning as a ceramist in germany, isabel transitioned into glass, designing and producing chandeliers, installations really, for private residences and other public places and spaces.
some of isabel's chandeliers are wonderfully large. they are bold and brilliant, certainly centerpieces, with which she twists glass, hand blows glass, forms glass into bubbles and stick straight rods. each piece isabel designs is unique and unusual.

some of my favorite pieces by isabel hang larger than life, above staircases... themselves works of art. i love that isabel's pieces loom, they hover, they hang heavy and light, all at the same time. enjoy.
