bev hisey's home.

i could spend time here today. a great deal of time. it's the home of textile designer bev hisey and her husband dan mackenzie. from the gemstone rugs (bev's design) placed here and there to the exceptional way bev utilizes color (the entire house is painted in benjamin moore's simply white) to the way in which pattern and texture all accompany and compliment all of that fabulous and looming white.

bev hisey's home was featured recently on design sponge, and i'm glad it was because the post also led me to bev's store called the everyday housewife.

many of the droolworthy (my word) items you see strewn or strategically placed around bev's home you can find here. from that colorful pixel passion pouf to her cushionology collection of pillows, triangular and otherwise. i love bev's passion for not only doing things her way, but for doing them in such a fun, eclectic way. enjoy!
