this mid~day thursday, i'm inspired by artists/designers such as james minola & chelsea green at
grain. they are "design thinkers with the shared vision of a more sustainable future." from
grain's up~cycled electrical wire rings to their hemp woven round mirrors,
grain offers not just clear headed, good for the environment design, they offer color, texture, they offer originality, they offer truly one of a kind pieces. they offer a perfect mid~day reflection on good design.

your mid~day turning out? i'm headed (again) up to boston for a study group.
but, in between the drive and the group discussion, i feel the need to pop into a shoe store i spotted with pretty,
brightly colored wedge shoes, which, if i'm so inclined i could snap up and put away for spring.
