even more wall treatments. how fun.

ok, so, perhaps we are all getting "wall-stickered-out"? but you have to admit, every now and then a new company pops up, like this one called my vinilo, and grabs your attention yet again to what you can do with a wall, how you can completely transform the feel of a space just with the addition of one of these bad boys. and yet again, always remembering to not take any space, (or ourselves) too seriously, these certainly help...










again, i wouldn't want a whole house, every room, adorned with wall treatments, but one, as a surprise upon entering a space, whether residential or commercial, can absolutely be so fun! i am drawn at times to the more abstract designs, thinking that i wouldn't get tired of them over time. i don't know, what do you think? have you taken the plunge and added any to your walls so far?

i am in a tiny little cottage on cape cod and my son loves to sit down in a pretty leather chair that i have and bop around on the computer. so what did i go and do? i slapped a large chandelier (yes in the form of a wall sticker) right on the wall over the chair where he sits...why? cause he's like the king of this leather chair, and a king needs a very royal chandelier looming over his head like a crown. did he mind? he saw it the first day, smiled and sat in the leather chair, continuing on with ruling his kingdom. :) enjoy!
