i was pondering the use of houndstooth patterns in design this weekend after spotting a piece in a magazine and actually had to ask myself if i even liked houndstooth patterns? after all i don't own anything with the pattern on it, not even clothes or shoes.

so after all of these fun images, i'm still on the fence. i love the element of design that they add to spaces, but i believe i'd have to have houndstooth in limited amounts. what are your thoughts on this pattern? some people seem to love it or not? are you a lover of houndstooth? curious.
