well rounded. crazy beautiful.

i thought, this friday, i'd take you on a crazy beautiful house tour. lordship park's victorian house to be specific. lordship park is located in north london and designed and divided over four floors. keeping in mind, 60's futuristic, french grandeur, the feminine and light to the glamorous and very james bond. large spaces, intimate spaces and something in between make this house into an extremely interesting space.

for many reasons i was enamoured with this home. for me it's the possibilities i see first. not that the bones are anything to turn my nose at, but it's the bones i'm looking at. it's a bit stark, as if waiting for more direction, waiting for inhabitants, for warmth, laughter, paintings on the wall, warm rugs under foot. a fire in the fire place to be lit, conversation to echo off of the unusual walls and wall treatments. it's not quite having fun yet this space. it's crazy beautiful bones are there. it's naked, awaiting it's fashion direction. what would you do first? last? how would you make it your own? i'd love to hear your ideas for this friday crazy beautiful space!

happy weekend everyone...happy father's day to all of your dads and you dads out there in blogland. enjoy!
